Dr. Michael Kaufman delivers speeches to conferences and conventions, conducts participatory workshops and consults international organizations, governments, corporations, professional firms, and trade unions, and delivers programs to students and faculty in universities, colleges, and high schools. He is known for his combination of stimulating analysis, story telling, and humor.
Services include:
- Talks, workshops, and training: Custom-designed events. Workshops draw on the experiences of participants, develop an innovative framework, and conclude with practical and positive guidelines for change. They are intellectually stimulating, provocative, practical, and fun.
- Consultation, assessment, and contract writing on gender issues.
- Gender sensitivity coaching. Work with individuals who have been found responsible for sexual harassment or inappropriate workplace behavior. Or coaching work with managers to provide a positive way forward.
